What Happy Journey does from Mushrif Mall
Sit with a consultant, leave with a plan. That is how most trips start here. You bring your dates, your budget and your passports, and one person at the desk sorts the flights, the hotel, the visa and the transfers, then gives you the full price in dirhams before you pay anything.
We have run the office at Mushrif Mall on Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Street since 20 May 2020, next to du and opposite Spinneys. Since then the desk has grown into a second branch in Dubai, but the way we work has not changed: a real office you can walk into, and a consultant who explains every part of the price. Visas are a big part of what we do. Our visa services in Abu Dhabi cover two kinds of work: bringing family and friends into the UAE, and helping UAE residents get visas for their own trips abroad.

Flights, hotels, airport transfers and travel insurance
Not every trip needs a package. We book flight tickets from Abu Dhabi on Etihad, Emirates and the other airlines that fly from the UAE, including one-way and group fares. The abu dhabi to india flight routes are among the ones we book most, especially before school holidays and Eid.
We also book hotels anywhere in the world, airport transfers at both ends, and travel insurance, including the cover you need for a Schengen visa. If you already have your flights, we can add just the hotel or the insurance.

Some trips need more care: a family of twelve across three cities, a honeymoon with a private villa, or a business delegation that cannot miss a connection. For these we plan every part of the journey, from the car to the airport to the guide waiting at the hotel.

Pay by card or phone at the office. You get tickets, vouchers and visas by WhatsApp or email, with a contact for the trip.

Can a travel agency help with a visa?
Yes. Happy Journey prepares and submits visa applications for UAE visit visas, Schengen, UK, US, Canada and Saudi visas from our Mushrif Mall office. We check your documents first, book visa centre appointments where needed and tell you what is missing before you pay.
What are Happy Journey's opening hours?
The Mushrif Mall office opens Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM and on Sunday from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Hours for UAE public holidays are not published yet, so call 02 679 8008 before you come on a holiday.
