📋 Terms and Conditions – Dubai City Tour

1. Booking and Confirmation:
   All bookings are subject to availability. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of full payment.

2. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour date will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable.

• No-shows will not be refunded.

3. Tour Timing:
   The tour duration is approximately 6-7 hours. Exact pickup time will be confirmed after booking. Please be ready 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

4. Health and Safety:
   Participants should be in good health. Inform the guide in advance about any medical conditions or special requirements.

5. Child Policy:
   An adult must accompany children under 12 years. Infant seats available upon request.

6. Changes and Delays:
   The itinerary may be subject to change due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. The operator reserves the right to modify the route or timing for safety reasons.

7. Liability:
   The tour operator is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the tour. Participants join at their own risk.

8. Personal Belongings:
   Keep personal belongings safe at all times. The operator is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

9. Dress Code:
   Visitors to religious sites (e.g., Jumeirah Mosque) are required to dress modestly (covering shoulders and knees).

10. Photography:
    Photography is allowed except where otherwise specified.
