📜 Terms & Conditions

1. Ticket Validity:
   • Tickets are valid only for the date selected at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
      
2. Entry Policy:
   • Guests must present a valid ticket (printed or mobile) at the entrance.
   • Entry is subject to security checks and park regulations.
      
3. Children Policy:
   • Children under 1.05 m in height enter free.
   • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
      
4. IMG Kids Zone Access:
   • Access to the IMG Kids Zone is not included in general admission and must be purchased separately.
      
5. The Haunted Hotel:
   • Entry is restricted to guests aged 15 and above. Separate ticket required.
      
6. Ride Access & Closures:
   • Access to attractions is subject to availability. IMG reserves the right to temporarily close rides or attractions for maintenance or safety reasons without prior notice.
      
7. Transfers (if included):
   • Transfer services, if selected, are on a shared or private basis. Guests must be ready at the pickup point on time.
      
8. Refunds & Cancellations:
   • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once booked.
   • No refund will be issued for unused portions of the ticket or missed transfers.
      
9. Dress Code & Conduct:
   • Appropriate attire must be worn. Guests must follow park rules and behave respectfully toward staff and visitors.
